The memorial is located at the southern end of Bella Vista, just off of 71B, north of Country Rd. 40, adjacent to Bella Vista lake.
Off of 71 Hightway (Bella Vista Way) turn East on Mercy Way, then right at the stop sign (Mercy Emergency Clinic in on the right). 
Continue strait and you will come to the lake and the Memorial.
